Every product to be exchanged / upgraded or bought back will be first sent to diamond grading laboratory for certifying and verification of authenticity of the diamonds.
The original bill / invoice and diamond grading certificate should be produced / submitted at the time of exchange / buyback, repair etc. In case of diamond grading certificate not produced / submitted Rs.500 will charged extra for every product.
For exchange / upgradation/ buyback the product will be handed over to the company against receipt for a minimum of 14 days towards verification. Product will be exchanged / upgraded / bought back only after it is duly checked, verified and confirmed by company's Quality Control department.
Customer can exchange / upgrade product purchased with any other Navkar products. The value of new product should be equal or more than the exchange value of the initial product.
In case of upgradation customer will have to pay the difference in price at which initially purchased product is taken back by the company and the price of product to be purchased.
Customer can exchange product, for the exchange value or buyback value with a credit note / voucher of equal value, issued by Navkar, which can be utilized for purchasing any Navkar product, within six months, at the location therein. Credit notes / vouchers will be issued within 14 days of the request made.
If the initially purchased product is damaged then the value at which the product will be taken back by the company will be intimated to the customer within 14 days of the request made.
Any such new transaction will be processed only after customer gives consent in writing, for exchange value of initially purchased product.
Any product purchased can be exchanged, once only. Any product taken in an exchange will not be re-exchanged.
Any scheme running at the time when initial product was purchased would not be applicable on exchange.
Any scheme running at the time of exchange etc. would not be applicable on exchange.
Any disputes arising would be under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai only.
No damaged product will be exchanged.
The exchange / upgradation facility is not available for Vivaah and Solitaire collection of Navkar product.

"We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time"
