Navkar Gems & Jewels takes our responsibility toward the environment seriously. We also ensure that our diamonds are cut and polished to conserve as much of the original stone as possible.

Responsibility against Child Labour

At Navkar Gems & Jewels, we believe that providing work to children in conflict with the law in no way helps them or society. It keeps them involved in a cycle of crime, makes them vulnerable to traffickers, and exposes them to abuse and even sexual exploitation.

We have signed various international conventions that make us responsible for not using child labor and abiding by local laws about employing minors at workplaces.

In addition to ensuring that we maintain strict ethical practices in our business, we are keenly aware of how important it is to treat our employees fairly. We believe in creating a productive work environment where all employees can grow, learn and improve their skills while maintaining their health and wellness.
